trekkie_ram
Like Shake n Bake said, I think we accepted a payment for the sell-on clause. You can do this on Football Manager too! Edit: Found this random source quickly: [url=http://www.tribalfootball.com/articles/tottenham-seek-buy-huddlestone-sell-clause-3512341]http://www.tribalfoo...-clause-3512341 Second edit: This suggests it is 15%: http://www.derbycounty-mad.co.uk/news/tmnw/no_cash_as_rams_star_plays_for_england_472758/index.shtml
Subman
I beleive we are due two ham sandwiches and a cup of tea, minus the train fair from London to Stoke.

Guest
Not certain but pretty sure we scrapped sell on clause as part of deal to take Mounir El Hamdoui on loan but could be wrong.
mcsilks
If Spurs sell Hudds to Stoke for 3M then Pullis is getting the deal of the century.

Although top article suggests we sold him for £2.5million so may not be too reliable! Just out of interest does anyone know if we were successful in trying to recoup any money from them crooks? t'oldu
G Star Ram - my memory is the same ie sell-on waved for a continuation of the loan. But then he was injured si it never happened. Maybe a sell-on was re-instated ??

Stedcfc
If we do have a 15% sell on clause it would be a nice £450k could get us a decent player
Guest
If we do have a 15% sell on clause it would be a nice £450k could get us half a decent player team Corrected that for you!
Alph
I'm sure we waved it like GStar said. For a bunch of Sheepshaggers we get shafted ourselves a fair bit.
Guest
It was only 1 Mill as i recall .. What the transfer fee? I thought it was £250k cash up front with add ons that could take it up to £2.5million but them add ons included him walking on the moon, becoming president of USA and England winning the World Cup? Stedcfc
Corrected that for you! Even Clough the bargain hunter would struggle with that!
