Like Shake n Bake said, I think we accepted a payment for the sell-on clause. You can do this on Football Manager too!

Sorry just read these...appears I was wrong!

Although top article suggests we sold him for £2.5million so may not be too reliable!

Just out of interest does anyone know if we were successful in trying to recoup any money from them crooks?

I beleive we are due two ham sandwiches and a cup of tea, minus the train fair from London to Stoke.

Not certain but pretty sure we scrapped sell on clause as part of deal to take Mounir El Hamdoui on loan but could be wrong.

I think Mounir El Hamdoui roughly translates as 'two ham sandwiches'
