ladyram
Got the plonk on ice, I'm cooking a Christmas dinner today cos my son and his good lady are with us, won't see them for more than 5 minutes tomorrow. My lovely piece of beef's been in the oven since 6 this morning. I've been up since 4 (toothache) taking lots of pain killers, they've worked, and I'm a happy bunny and surprisingly relaxed. ladyram
have you cut it into 3 to get in t'microwave? Have I buggery! 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' /> It's sitting on (imagine a trivet) - a halved onion, a halved parsnip, a whole head of garlic chopped through t'middle, some water, a couple of bayleaves, peppercorns, a sliced carrott and a couple of cloves, it makes the best gravy. The beef's seasoned with a bit of olive oil and some salt and pepper. Yum yum yum yum yum 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />
