sage
How can a manager find success for his team, when he has less money to play with than the other managers? Sound familiar? This isn't about Derby and Nigel, but a film called Moneyball starring Brad Pitt. Its on at South Normanton Community Cinema which I run at the village's Post Mill Centre on Wednesday 14th November at 7.30pm. Admission is free for members and annual membership costs £1. There's a bar and an intermission for a half time pint and/or wee.

Bris Vegas
Saw this movie months ago.. It's very good and uses a very statistical way of looking at things.. Something that you can do in Baseball
davenportram
Baseball is a sport. Football us a sport. Both rely on players doing their job consistently to aid the team effort. Consistency can be monitored using statistics Both sports can use statistics to find the most consistent players within a budget
