Fair play to Pompey- u guys have been (one small wobble aside) the most consistent team all season and deserve to go up. Your Jan spending/recruitment was good and has paid dividends. It’s not about playing nice football in this league- it’s just about winning games and escaping to the Championship. You guys have done that well.

Tactically I thought it was interesting today how Wycombe played against Posh today. Thought they did well in shutting them down. More of the same against us I suspect…

The way things are going we won’t have a better GD than Bolton. They have far more firepower than us and have managed two five goal games in a month. How many of those have we managed !!? They will outscore us up to the end of the season and it’s not like they ship a massive amount of goals.. To my mind it’s win all four or the playoffs. After the Northampton fiasco the Wycombe game really worries me. People judge them as cloggers but they can play as well- check out their thrashing of Posh earlier in the season.. What price a draw between Bolton and pompey ???

Worrying how much form Collins has now found for Bolton. I’ve always said that I could see GD becoming a real deciding factor and our lead in that regard has almost gone. The way they are playing I can see them quite easily outscoring us to the end of the season. In that case it’s just about wins- honestly believe we must win all four. Massive pressure now on us to win at Wycombe.

It will be an ugly ugly game with Wycombe adopting the exact same tactics as did Northampton. We will have to bludgeon our way through I fear.

I suspect it will be a draw. Not sure if that’s good for us or not (obviously better than Bolton winning). But my view is that we just win our last 4. Wycombe will be a test.

Yes, being asked to play ouf of position but even so he seemed out of it tonight, particularly after saying (in his pre-match interview) how he was so looking forward to the game. Mind u, the CBT run leading to the first goal was good to see. COYR . We can do this. We just can’t have another ‘Northampton’ at Wycombe- that will be a very hard-fought game. 🐏🐏🐏🐏🐏

I just hope that if we are getting swamped in central midfield PW has a Plan B and makes the changes early..

I can see Adams having a busy day covering their tricky winger … a risk with CBT there as he won’t drop back/in much…. One to watch i think… Still feel that leaves us too open in the middle… time will tell … COYR 🐏🐏🐏🐏

Maybe…..but that’s not a true central mf three…..and with the threats on the wing from Pompey we will need proper cover down the sides I think. I would go with a true 4-5-1 at Pompey….but it’s all opinions….. But I’m sure PW will throw us a bit of a curved ball anyway…..bottom line is that we need every player on their game. COYR

We have to put three in midfield otherwise we stand no chance in my mind. Do that and double up as much as possible on their tricky winger …

I honestly believe we ignore GD at our peril. Yes- most expected Bolton to win but we needed by the odd goal….

Watching that Bolton game against Reading… had the former down to win but 🤞 re the GD…..🙏 3-1..
