rhysbeck got a reaction from Ewe Ram in Random stuff that people do that annoy me
    This.
I usually stay in my seat and just check my phone while I wait for everyone to clear out; no better feeling than being able to stand up and walk down the aisle with all the open space you could want!
On the odd occasion I happen to stand up early and join the line of people going nowhere, two things always happen that also drive me crazy:
    - The person behind me in said queue always stands way too close. I mean even if you're impatient or in a hurry it's sure as hell not going make the line move any faster by inching up behind the person standing in front of you!
     - Predictably as a result of standing too close, when I start walking down the aisle, they keep "accidentally" banging their foot into the back of my carry-on
    Happens every single time.

Kids walking along the street blaring music out their phones...  What are they expecting?  Me to saddle up to them and say "Mmm, Drake, excellent choice" and give him a high 5?  Put ya f***in earphones in ya little ***t!!!

People on planes who hear the announcement that's says 'remain seated until the seatbelt sign is switched off' then immediately you hear the click of them taking off their seat belts. Then as soon as the sign does go off they're on their feet grabbing stuff from the overhead lockers, hitting you on the head with it, then stand at some cocky angle trying to push into a queue to get off that's going nowhere

Well rynny I'm not going to give you the equalising flag, I'm giving you the extra time Irish winner, to be sure, to be sure!

@Inverurie Ram sorry but I have found a flag that you will not be able to beat

It's a big problem at least here in Finland that media keeps doing bits about celebrities who are "depressed" but after a week vacation in France or Spain they are fine. The people who have the disease called depression however have no hope of getting better like that. Those who are lucky enough not to know the difference seem very eager to make judgements on the matter though. And it ain't helping anybody. Collymore was just one of the many victims in that category.

so, just to give an update to the hordes of you that messaged me privately, and here publicly, with your concerns and support.
I shelled out £400 on a pretty damned good treadmill from Argos (Reebok ZR9 if you're after a bargain!), and burned off a few calories putting the bloody thing together. I've had three workouts in 3 days and my calves are a bit tight, but I can already feel that I am feeling a bit...no, quite a lot better about myself.
I also got hold of Vitamin D tablets, which have definitely, without doubt, given me more energy in the office at work.
I saw this article today:- http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2016/jan/18/sad-exercise-antidepressants and made me think about writing this.
So, firstly, I'm not too proud to admit I took the advice from posters on here, and secondly, thanks to anyone in here who gave a ****, cos I do about others, and it gave me a little bit of a boost that people didn't just slate me for starting this thread.
    Here's to better times x
