    Malted grain, mash, sparge, boil, hop addition, crash chill, pitch yeast, ferment, rack, dry hop to secondary, rack, prime, bottle.

     

    I don't feel confident with a can opener.

    pm me, and I'll give you a few tips on getting all the syrup out the tin. ;)
  2. To chill beer that cold as the picture suggests is just plain stupid. There is no way the flavours will come out properly. Although often that kind of beers don't taste like anything anyway.

    when it's as hot as it gets in Brisland, you don't give two hoots about the taste.
