  1. Oxford main rivalry is with Swindon Town.
  2. Got a taxi in Gillingham whilst working down there a few years ago. We had just won 6-0 v Sunderland in the league cup. Got chatting to the driver and he mentioned he was going to see Derby play on the Saturday v Man U, his son was Mel Sage. We won 2-0 if i remember correctly.
  3. Nice to see him back at the club today. I always liked him, looked like Bryan Ferry when he played for us 😃
  4. They had an initial allocation of 2017, no news on how many they have sold though as far as I can see. https://www.leytonorient.com/news/2024/march/25/derby-county-tickets-now-on-sale-to-members/
  5. Just got home, happy with a point. Laughing at some of the comments on here, i thought we played well mostly but were too deep at the start of the second half maybe. It was essential we did not lose tonight and take a hit on our GD. Definitely would have taken a draw before kick off.
  6. We still created three very good first half chances that probably should have been converted.
  7. Carlisle showing as sold out but not announced in the clubs news feed, I suspect there are negotiations ongoing with Police and Carlisle to get more tickets available for home fans ?
  8. This would be mine assuming all fit.(i think this is my first line up post)
  9. Last week somebody said something about clearing the cache on a PC and then trying again?
  10. Unfortunately it is, with away clubs mostly dictating the sales of tickets, e.g. order of blocks released. I agree it is a bit silly though.
  11. If we do go up you’ll be fine next season as most away ends will accommodate around 3k. Expect 🌳 to go back to 2k though.
  12. In amongst all of the discussions here, Hourihane has already stated he is starting a coaching career next season. He won’t be playing for us, and wants to go out on a high with promotion.
  13. It has been done in the past (but not very often) maybe we might be able to do so if the Carlisle game for example is a must win for us.
  14. Blackpool have only had 1034 tickets for this one, which seems quite low.
  15. Exactly my point, done properly It isn’t unsafe. The old days of terracing where people just rammed in until no one could move isn’t the answer either of course😃
  16. We had two good chances in the second half and we scored one. We have not had the rub of the green “numerous times this season”. How do you define the better team, yesterday we were the better team tactically and got what we deserved, in my opinion.
  17. Safe standing is basically people standing in an allocated seat, in my opinion it doesn’t address the issue. Terracing is not unsafe , done properly.
  18. I’ve just posted elsewhere in this forum, but this is why I think football fans should be campaigning to allow proper terracing back. Would increase the capacity for you (and other stadiums), would make sense in my opinion to allow one stand, behind a goal (?) for this at most grounds.
  19. The only way round it is to allow clubs to rebuild stands and make proper terracing areas again, but sure it will never be sanctioned by the authorities.
  20. Interesting today how many fans stayed until the end and even after the final whistle , looked like almost no one went early for a change.
  21. Do you not go to all your games then 😜
  22. Me too but the screen did say 358, ESPN have it as 538. 358 would suit me better for our pub guess the gate competition though 😃
