ladyram
Switched on for the snooker earlier and watched a piece by Steve Davies on the young man who's done some very good snooker artwork for The Paul Hunter foundation and Western Park Cancer Hospital ( I know that place well, my brother died there and we've raised some much needed funds for them in the past). His concept was to wait for snooker players autographs and incorporate them into his abstract canvass art which people can view and place a bid to win them. There's some really great ones, including a piece which has Alex Higgins' name on it. The bidding starts at £147. I've put a link on to show his work. What a great young man. CumbrianRam
End of session: Stephen Maguire 10-14 Ali Carter. Maguire was 7-14 down, but has given himself a (small) chance to win, first to 17. Third session of Ronnie O'Sullivan v Matthew Stevens at 10am.
