Phoenix
Spare a thought for Markos Geneti of Ethiopia in the Dubai marathon. Imagine the interview 'Well, Markos, how did you get on?' 'Really well, ran 2 hrs, 4 mins 54 seconds' 'That's brilliant. An easy win, then?' 'No, I was 3rd'

Phoenix
Froggy understands (naturally). It would have been a world record 3 years ago. It's only a minute outside the world record. 2;4:54 would win 99 marathons out of 100. This poor sod was 3rd. Absolutely unbelievable that 3 men run under 2hrs 5 minutes in the same race. The winner ran the 4th fastest ever marathon.
