There is some on there that people won't of heard of, and also songs on there that are far from 'classics' but for one reason or another they made the list, most of the time due to a memory behind it, for instance Embrace - Ashes floods back memories from our play off final game!

I say that's a list of "100 pretty decent songs". Not much of a top 100 of all time though is it? If that's what it's supposed to be.

Just noticed there's no Beatles in your top 100! Priceless 'http://www.dcfcfans.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Not everyones top 100, just what I like... never really got into the beatles, or the rolling stone or stone roses, barely got into the smiths to be honest!

I'm not a fan of that sort of style, I do have alot of their tracks on my itunes but barely listen(ed) to them in fairness.

If you would group The Stone Roses & The Smiths in with the Beatles & the Stones then I see where your problems are coming from! I know they're not similar in terms of style but that kind of age of music just doesn't appeal to much to me, people go on about fools gold and I am The resurrection, just noise to me yothhhh... my favourite beatles track is let it be, but wouldn't be able to listen to it for too long!

it wasn't style I was referring to but musical ability 'http://www.dcfcfans.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

Let It Be's great, but it's not very musically sophisticated, doesn't do well with repeat listenings. I could probably list a whole load of lesser-known Beatles tunes for you to have a listen to? 'http://www.dcfcfans.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />
