The problems, which prevented some clubs uploading and updating content and a limited number of subscribers from being able to log-in into their club's Player service, seem to have stemmed from technical issues at our digital service provider, Perform. FLi values, above anything else, delivering a timely, first class service to supporters and expects its partners to follow suit. With this in mind, we're working with Perform to ensure that these issues do not re-occur. We will also be working with Perform to explore ways that those affected by the outage can be suitably compensated. A further statement from Perform will follow.
