Ram@Lincoln
Young Ram - go with a friend and take the train. A return train fare to Coventry is £9.90 with a rail card/B-Line card. The station is around 3 miles away from the ground so you can either walk or get a bus, there's a bus stop outside the train station, get on a bus going to the bus station and ask for a match day ticket. That will cost £3.50 and will cover all bus journeys in Coventry for a day, similar to a zigzag.

I am too old for a Bline and don't have a rail card, might go with a friend and see how much the train is, thank you for all the advice

Ram@Lincoln
If you're still in full time education you can have one until your 19 birthday. They come in handy at Uni! The newer ones can be used as ID as well! If your school/college is rubbish at giving out forms etc you can print one off the Bline website and apply for one. Edit If you want to go by bus and be picked/dropped up/off at the stadium why don't you phone your local supporters branch and ask for a seat on a bus. I used to travel with the Alfreton Branch and they always use to be cheaper by at least £5 to the Roadrider. Another plus is that you don't have to get to Pride Park, they'll do local pick ups. Boycie
If there are people who travel on their own to the games, why not get together and buy half price tickets. It makes sense and isn't against the rules. Just make your name known on here and PM each other, Trekkie Ram is looking for someone to double up with. Alph
Need to get in quick. Might be a sellout. Who's sniggering at the back?
trekkie_ram
I didn't really want to bump this thread, but just to update Boycie's post, I was interested, but I've realised that it'll be a bit of a pain in the arse to get too. So I'm just going to watch it on TV like a normal person.
