smiffy
Why on Earth are Derbyshire picking Smith every game when he is leaving the club ??? Incidentally he is also playing poxed, and NOT worth his place anyway .
Phoenix
That's an unanswerable question, I'm afraid.

Incidentally he is also playing poxed, and NOT worth his place anyway . Because he is a good player and we are chasing promotion. I'm sure the coaching staff wouldn't pick him if he wasn't 100% in it, I mean who doesn't want to get promoted. Wickets galore at Chelmsford, 13 already today. StaffsRam
I think the promotion ship has sailed with the defeat to Middlesex, unfortunately. Still, nice to be even contemplating promotion at this end of the season for a change.

EdinburghRam
They had no chance, even before this game We technically still do but I thought it was the top three that went up, my bad.
smiffy
Easy to see Derbyshire's problem, consistency. In the just published 2nd Div averages not a Derbyshire player in the top 20, either batting or bowling.
