StaffsRam
Absolutely scintillating rugby at times yesterday. The sharpness, the precision, the invention, just breathtaking. Easily some of our best rugby since the world cup win. Samoa next and then the Saffers. If SA play like they did yesterday, and we do too, it could be a cricket score. StaffsRam
We pushed the ABs close, and to be honest, we were unlucky not to push them closer still as we were all over them for the last 10 minutes. Not forgetting that that game was our first of the Autumn, whereas they'd just come out of the Tri Nations. A long, long way to go, but to be fair, compared to the 'rugby' that we've been served up for the past 7 years, yesterday was a wonderful contrast. Eager to read what the view was down under, I thought this was quite an interesting read from The Australian
