jimbo jones Posted May 4 Share Posted May 4 Sussex close on 357-5 Poor DuPavillon in the final overs had Carson dropped at slip, almost caught and bowled (not sure if it carried), and almost chopped on (started celebrating and then realized it had missed the stumps) 🤦♂️ Would love to see him and Tickner bowl in some reasonably bowler-friendly conditions at some point. It does 😕 I wasn't expecting huge things this year, but finding out if McCarthy is the real deal was going to be huge. We have all our “big” players signed long term and for the first time in ages a big chunk of cap space next season…i guess we can add a top 5 pick as well….
