Its a much nicer part of town and there are plenty of bars and restaurants and its where most of the theatres are based (Philharmonic and The Everyman). Not sure how much time you'll have, but if she likes the cinema, "The Other Everyman" in the Metquarter is a fantastic picturehouse with a great bar.
