ram1964 Posted October 19, 2020 Share Posted October 19, 2020 Whatever softwhare issues if any, apparent at the time didn't prevent them from taking money and presumably making a profit ,the betting company by accepting the money knowingly entered into a contract which should be honoured .If this guy hadn't won and the malfunction had been identified would they have re -embursed their clients who had previously unknowingly lost due to this malfunction?? Pay the bloke take it on the chin,probably insured against computer errors anyhow. Despicable behaviour and should be fined by gaming commission for unfair trading/ corruption,fraud or incompetance.
