No. The point is that there's a huge difference between the percentage of black footballers playing now to the percentage of retired black footballers looking for work as coaches. It really shouldn't be this difficult for you to understand. How does 25% black players in 2017 have any bearing on the number black coaches and managers in 2017? I make a point of discounting british asians because football managers are almost exclusively ex footballers and there have been almost 0 british asian players.
