Rample
With potentially Huddlestone being added to Wisdom and Shackell, and Grant also not long left us what are people's thoughts on returning players? Short-sighted scouting or safe bet? Are players returning for love, money or unfinished business? Has anyone been as good second time around? Is this a sign of the same thinking that had seen us employ countless former players in non-playing positions? Is anyone already hoping for Will Hughes rejoining us in 8 or 9 years? JuanFloEvraTheCocu'sNesta
It is spread across a few different managers so I don't think you can read too much in to it. I think in the cases you mention the moves actually made sense regardless of the fact they were ex-players. Regarding employing former players in non-playing positions I don't mind that. They know about the club and if they offer a service then fair enough.

North East Ram
One of the best was when Bobby came back and almost fired us to promotion. Got his 100th Derby goal too I seem to remember.
