maxjam
Just watched the after match GR interview on Sky Sports in which he constantly talks about Derby as 'we'. Some other managers talk about 'the group' and fat egocentric managers (Sam Allardyce :P) like to say 'they' especially after the teams lost to shift the blame. Really looking forwards to seeing this GR team with a few additions next season - win, lose or draw all I really want to see is effort, desire and teamwork which have all been in short supply this year. GerryDaly
GR is on the ball My nightmare of waking oooop to a Brolly with a mouth shouting at me a massive amount of work needs to be done is over ...
rammieib
I like the change in style, more direct, get it up the pitch quicker, balls into the box sooner (especially from Baird, not so much from Olsson) but on this thread, just about every manager we've had in recent times always says the right things before and after matches. It's tiring. Damage changes tune comply depending on a win or a draw on radio Derby etc When has a manager really not said what you think etc
