MackworthRamIsGod
Could the recent down turn be a blessing in disguise. The surgery to this squad needed if we went up would have seen back in the dark days of Jimmy Jewell. Stevie Mac now has 12 games to fully assess his squad, conversations can take place with players who can find other clubs and we can start planning for the transfer window. Mac can start to give players like Timi Max a go. The pressure is off slightly (although it shouldn't be). So all we can do is hope for some decent results between now and May, get a top half finish which many of us would have taken and go again next season. Next season could bebright, next season could be black and white!
RoyMac5
Yes, next season could be black and white! I think the new loan rules have shown how important it is to get your squad right both in numbers and constituents in the summer. Lets hope our recruitment bids are up to dealing with lots of outs and ins.
kash_a_ram_a_ding_dong
I'm in the same mindset on this and hopefully mel is too! As Roy said, get the recruitment right in the summer and we can be off to a flyer....I really think we need to emulate brighton over the past two years and concentrate on development and patience....
