Leyton Orient have been all over the shop these past few years so his brief unsuccessful spell there I wouldn't hold against him. My concern is that people think that just because Notts County have been taken over finally that everything will suddenly be hunky dory. He's walking into a club still in turmoil and needing stability and guiding away from the lower reaches of league 2. It will be tough and on that basis I think he'll struggle. If he can turn things around gradually then huge credit to him but I'm not sure he will be given the time as it's likely to get worse there before it gets better IMO.
