You're right about first or second, whilst it would be nice to win the championship title, indeed my Dad at 70 and most his age (perhaps because they want to see us lift as many actual pots as we can in the time they have left) crave the thing, the majority of our fans younger than that wouldn't be too fussed if we finished second either as financially it is absolutely massive to get into the Prem as the gravy train pulls in to stop next season. Failure in theory would make it harder and harder to get back up in successive seasons as the amount of teams dropping down with larger sums of cash to spend would logically increase.
