I do expect Hull to lead the way this season though in terms of fewest goals conceded. As I said on the match thread, Russell was my MotM and everyone around me would have given it him or Christie. He had an incredible influence on the game, constantly available and receiving the ball and driving us forward at pace. The weak links on Saturday were probably Thorne and Johnson, which shows how well we're playing including super Johnny Russell. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Reithe glas Posted November 2, 2015 Share Posted November 2, 2015 Must be unbelievably tough on Pearce. New club, fresh challenge and he can't even make the panel sometimes. I can't recollect ever seeing him play, either for Reading or us so I'd like to see him get some bit of game time just to satisfy my own curiosity and form some kind of opinion.
