Anyone with a decent scouting network can easily find value for money over there.. If it was, the ratio of Spaniards at the top of the game would be greater, not just in Spain, but Italy, Germany and pertinently in England. Simply ALL the top teams in the top divisions must have rubbish scouting networks if so many high-quality young Spaniards are just falling out of the game without making it.
