Eatonram
Will the Football League be tenacious enough to pursue QPR for their flagrant breach of FFP rules. It may prove difficult whilst they are in the EPL but surely they should be left in no doubt of the consequences should they return (as they surely will). Look how the Scottish Authorities stood up the "real" Rangers north of the border. What's the chance of an "on the field" punishment if they can't or wont pay up? Phoenix
No, toothless paper tigers at the helm.
ramblur
No, toothless paper tigers at the helm. A bit unfair. The truth of the matter is that the Prem League has more clout (as seen in the youth development issue, where the League was more or less blackmailed over a threat to withdraw funds). If they don't like what we do with our own FFP,the threat of withdrawing the significant solidarity payments is always there. AndyinLiverpool
I'd like to know how Wigan are going to make it work. Dave Whelan's been paying for them for years.
