mcsilks
Ronnie looking sharp, 7-2 up v Campbell, the Scot has had a couple of half century breaks but lost these frames. Walden 8-1 up v Holt. If Ronnie plays as poorly as that he doesn't stand a chance against better opposition. Campbell had good chances to win 8 out of the 9 frames played. CumbrianRam
Ronnie through 10-4, far from vintage, he'll probably be happy that he has a week off to get some more practice. Campbell unlucky and made a good account for himself.
CumbrianRam
Shuan Murphy, Barry Hawkins and Michael White all through to round two. Impressive from young Welshman White to beat the 2000 and 2002 World Champion Mark Williams, Willo has had a poor season it has to be said.
