You have to look and see that Cardiff have more players in the top 50 than the others. You can argue that is the case because of their position. It's a bit like applying the Belbin team roles in football, but instead using positions. You need the correct mix to get a fully functioning team. That, or the Moneyball process, whereby the Oakland A's used stats to bring in the right players to give them the ability to punch above their weight... (mixing my sporting metaphors, but hey!)
