Anyone done it? I'm booked in 1st week of March, cacking mesen as I haven't done any qualification for nearly ten years.

For those that don't know it's a Project Management qualification (PRoject IN Controlled Environments)

It's multiple choice and open book exam, which makes me wonder why the pass rate isn't 100%?!

Flying visit (for now).

I'm Prince2 Practitioner qualified. The only real difficulty stems from any pre-existing knowledge of alternative methodologies that you might possess. I was CITI qualified before I undertook Prince2, and whilst there are a lot of similarities there are also many subtle differences, any one of which can trip you up if you're not careful.

Also, whilst it's openbook, you really don't have the time to check the book for every question. Even then, parts of the question will rely on your understanding of what's in the book rather than the black and white words on the page.

Presumably, this is the book you're using - [url=http://www.amazon.co.uk/Managing-Successful-Projects-PRINCE2-Edition/dp/0113310595/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1359319600&sr=8-4]http://www.amazon.co.uk/Managing-Successful-Projects-PRINCE2-Edition/dp/0113310595/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1359319600&sr=8-4

Best tip - read it, mark up the book with post-its so that you can flick to the right sections as quickly as possible, and then try and get a hold of some practice papers.

Your 'practitioner' qualification is good for 4 years, then you have to take a short resit paper.

Good luck!

I have an accreditation in Lean Six Sigma Problem Solving.....nowhere near as high as what you are aiming for but a lot of the principles and methodology will be similar.
