Five of our players were free agents in the summer so not sure they would easily get paid £4500 per month elsewhere.

Deferring wages may make sense pending a new owner taking over. But not sure how it works if some players agree and others do not.

The original Bury is still in existence as a dormant club. So AFC bury has no legitimacy as a Phoenix club.
That’s why they have started at such a low level.
if the worst were to happen to Derby I don’t see a reset starting anywhere near that level .
