  1. Many supermarkets stock one or two Belgians - notably Duvel, Leffe and Hoegaarden (cloudy witbier) - and occasionally Chimay. As far as fairly common (Tesco, ASDA etc) British ales are concerned, I like Robinson's Old Tom, Shepherd Neame 1698 Celebration, McEwan's Champion (4 bottles for a fiver at ASDA this one) and any number of the more common brews like Greene King Abbot, Courage Directors, Theakston's Old Peculier, Brakspear's Original, Pedi, Moorhouse Pendle Witches Brew etc.

There's loads of good stuff out there.

I'm in Grimsby, home of the Carling and White Lightning drinkers, Pedigree might be on one or two if I'm lucky

  2. The white stitches in the strap tells you that it is a sporty kind of strap in question. The dial is really beautiful I'll give you that. I admit that I like beautiful things like watches, cars and ladies. The size is 42 mm so it is kind of big for ladies but actually most men's watches are sold as in men's/unisex category.

How does white stitching make it sporty?

  3. That's a watch for pilots. Although my friends suggest from time to time that I'm a high flying guy I just don't need that kind of a watch. Those are too big, too heavy and the dial are far too restless for my taste. You see I'm but just a simple peasant from far far away.

Too heavy? sounds like you need a gym membership

  4. Rolex is very well branded. It also have very high quality in house caliber movement. Rate results are excellent. PVD coating is great. Bracelet and clasp are very good. And it keeps it value very well.

And although buying a Rolex would be a good move I don't like them either.

That sounds lovely but why £4000?

Will it give me a different time to my phone, computer and kitchen clock?
