Lost count of the number of home games this season when I have looked at the clock showing 30 minutes played and we have not had an effort on goal. We seem to come out with no intensity and just pass the ball around the back to no effect. All this achieves is to allow the away side to settle and quieten the home support. Sadly come to the conclusion that Warne has to be replace at the nd of the season wherever we finish.

This is really a must win game for Warne - another performance like last night could see the crowd turn on him. Think he is a decent guy but sadly out of his depth managing a club the size of Derby with the big expectation of the fans.

Both our Keepers have weaknesses in their games which reflect why their careers have gone the way they have. Personally think Wildsmith has a slight edge but both far from being top level.

Sadly reached the conclusion that a change of Manager at the end of the season is required whether we go up or not. If we fail to get promoted this season then season ticket sales will drop with Warne still in charge and if we are in the Championship it is hard to see anything other than a Rotherham type struggle with his brand of football.

To be fair to Ed it must be very difficult to commentate on Derby games this season which on the whole have been dull even when we win.
