Instead he became a physio. and Brian Clough made him second team trainer in 1968. He used to drive a pale blue Vauxhall Viva, which stood out amongst the other swish motors in the car park opposite the players' entrance of the Baseball Ground. BC, DM, Colin Murphy, Tommy Doc, Colin addison, John Newman, Peter Taylor, Roy Mac, Arthur Cox, Jim Smith, Colin Todd, John Gregory, Uncle George, Tan MAn , Terry Westley, Silly Billy, Paul Jewell, and Nige.
