TelTheRam Posted March 1, 2011 Share Posted March 1, 2011 Alberto has not been at his best since he was crocked in that Millwall game (and we didn't even get a free kick!) At this time of year, given the position we are in, the teams we are playing and the type of games we have, Clough needs people who will commit everything to get a result. I know you need creativity but the first priority recently has been to stop losing. With that will come more confidence and a bit more freedom to play. As Ron Atkinson always said - "You've got to earn the right to play". In other words you have to win the battle first, then go from there. When the weather turns better (as it is starting to now) the pitches will improve and I'm sure we will start to see his sublime skills again.
