To anyone who sent me PMs, sent you all replies but I've no idea if they're sending through or not, thanks for all the feedback.

Hartley, that's fantastic man, cheers :) taking all that on board. Still getting "its" and "it's" wrong at 20 is unforgivable though :p

Hartleys a critic of everybodys work, sniff, sniff.

Sorry, that should read "Hartley's a critic of everybodys work, sniff, sniff"

Still have flash backs, which is quite apt really.:D

Actually Boycie old chap, it should read "Hartley's a critic of everybody's work, sniff, sniff." although it could also be argued that it should be everybodys' and the sniff, sniff bit is a little odd...Get Hartley back in here!

:p

Can't be everybodys' - because you wouldn't say "the work of everybodys".

I promise I will get out more.

You're wrong. Feel free to delete my post when you delete yours :)

Rules for the correct use of the apostrophe.

The apostrophe is used:

1.To indicate the possessive.

2.To indicate missing letters.

3.Sometimes to indicate the structure of unusual words.

1. To indicate the possessive.

•This is Peter's book.

•This book is Peter's.

•The dog's dinner looks disgusting.

•Diana was the people's princess.

•I tore up the men's shirts.

•One should choose one's words carefully.

•It is everyone's duty to protest.

•It is no-one's responsibility.
