On Easter Saturday I will be swapping the luxury of my own bed for a night under canvas to raise awareness and funds for the British legions work with homeless veterans. At a time where we reflect on sacrifice I will be remembering the sacrifices of the few for the many, one of the few being my father who spent his retired life working with veterans and family. In this house, we call that a holiday!  🤣

 

As a father of a past-troubled veteran (hopefully ALL in the past now!), albeit never homeless, any help for our vets is a bit of a soft spot for me.
I'm no Facebook stalwart, so it was a bit of a faff to donate (for me!)... but I got there.
