The administrators? How do we know it’s them that delaying things?

The bidders? We don’t know what they have offered and under what terms. They’re hardly likely to think “the natives are restless, we’d better increase our offer”

The creditors (HMRC)? We don’t know what they’ve offered. HMRC are hardly likely to think “the natives are restless we’d better accept less”

The EFL? Well we can all imagine how effective protesting against them is likely to be and, again we don’t know if they are the cause of the hold up.
