Day
Nigel Clough hopes to see Stephen Pearson resume training in the next fortnight. Pearson has been sidelined undergoing knee surgery at the start of May. After establishing himself as a virtual ever-present last season under Nigel Clough he signed a new contract before Christmas with the Rams. Pearson turns 28 in October and Clough is relishing the prospect of being able to call upon the services of the former Celtic midfielder. "We're looking at seeing Stephen back training within the next two weeks," said Clough. "He is a naturally fit lad so we're pretty confident he won't take too long to get up to speed. "We believe he will fit into our system very well as one of the attacking midfield trio. "We're quite excited at the prospect of seeing him returning. "Stephen has felt some aching in his knee, but that is to be expected at this stage." "We're looking at the next fortnight to see him back in training, so we may see him out of the pitch before the month is out." Pearson is currently working in the latter stages of his rehabilitation programme and has been running for the last few weeks. http://www.dcfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10270~2146526,00.html

Leeds Ram
i agree with the hulse guy, he really is useless, he cacks himself when he gets within 18 yard box
Boycie
We need a new tree for these two members. Pearo scored a goal which I'll always thank him for. The excitement at the time, not the season that followed.
derbydan
pearo was excellent for us down the left in the late stages of last season before injury took him out
Whoneedshuls
pearo was excellent for us down the left in the late stages of last season before injury took him out Define him being exellent for me cause all he did was run his soks off every game and he can't cross for ***** or shoot only goal he scored was from exalant play by a not fully fit barnes. 1 goAl in 2-3years ain't good enough for a midfielder saying he runs round like a headless chicken

MrOrdinary
pearo is frustrating, if he sorts him self out in the 18yard box, which he was getting better at, at the end of the season, hed be one hell of a player, he causes problems when he runs at defends and so if he learned to shoot hed bang a fair few goals and his work rate is second to none in the squad
