Yes, I appreciate this is a football forum first and foremost, and the perfect place to come and have a moan.
Yes, we really are poo at the moment.  Maybe the manager does need to go?  And yes, we're right to be concerned whether the new owner will ultimately prove to be an improvement on Uncle Mel.  
Of course we should be concerned about the lack of goals... and even the lack of attempts at goal... or maybe even the lack of movement in the general direction of the opponents goalkeeper!

But let's not forget that in the grand scheme of things, there are more important things out there. 
There are reasons why we are free to come on here and air our displeasure without recourse.  There are people to thank, for giving us that freedom.
We could all argue that we are suffering, be that from the football, or lockdown, or a multitude of other reasons, and no doubt many of us can claim to be making various sacrifices, of varying magnitudes.

But please... if only for today... remember those that have suffered far more, and those that continue to suffer. 
And most of all, please remember those that gave the greatest sacrifice of all. 
They did it for us.

Obviously different this year without the parades and stuff, and I feel particularly detached from it being 2,000 miles away.

But I'll pause for a minute at noon (11am UK time) to reflect. Always important to remember how lucky we are.
