Back on topic I have felt the loss of Victoria Wood and Caroline Aherne and also Pete Shelley and Neil Peart. Shelley for me i-ram, first time i heard Buzzcocks i felt a complete instant connection with the vision and the song writing. Over forty years on that connection still never wanes much like supporting the Rams. The timing of his death was even more poignant has we had lost my old man just six short months before.
