I was internally screaming Harry Maguire's name during 'Guess the XI' but, having checked BBC Sport, it turns out he was on the bench. Michael Dawson partnered Curtis Davies that night. I now realise that that makes sense, as I have a very specific memory of Chris 'Diesel Engine' Martin outpacing Dawson in the home league game earlier in the season. Steve Bloomer's Washing Posted October 8, 2019 Author Share Posted October 8, 2019 I still partly blame Tom Ince for that playoff defeat, for failing to beat the first man from an injury time corner, from which Robertson scored what turned out to be the decisive goal.
