cannable Posted April 16, 2018 Share Posted April 16, 2018 Mainz and Freiburg tonight saw the awarding of a penalty through the use of VAR AFTER the half-time whistle had been blown. I don't think it's correct re dead ball, I'm sure he just stops play by signalling TV with his hands? Another example var is not ready yet, could turn the world cup into a farce.
