angieram Posted September 4, 2017 Share Posted September 4, 2017 I prefer a loan like Winnall which is most probably 'with a view to buy' than a development type loan (Ibe, Bamford, etc). Although on the odd occasion those types of loans turn into a permanent (George Thorne) more often than not they go back leaving a gap - or in Jesse Lingard's case - no gap!
