Gaspode Posted July 5, 2017 Share Posted July 5, 2017 The old Rangers company (that were in charge before they went bust and were re-born) loses Tax case to HMRC http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-40501361 Basically they gave employees (players, managers, directors) tax-free loans to avoid declaring the payments and paying tax... Looks as if HMRC will use this ruling to go after others that used a similar scheme.
