TelTheRam
Congratulations to Froome and the whole Sky team. Just a shame Landa didn't knock the Frenchman off the podium - that would have really p****d them off.
PodgeyRam
The scary thing is, I've heard mutterings that Froome took it easy this time round in order to peak for the Vuelta next month. Think about that. He won the most demanding cycle race in the world while having one eye on a race happening a month after.
oomarkwright
I think the point is that he wasn't at his sharpest coming into the tour. Agree that hes aiming to win La Vuelta as although he should have won it in 2011 he hasn't yet. Has more shorter punchier climbs than the tour. Be interesting to see what team Sky pick to support him. Not sure who his main rivals are likely to be this time.
