Like Rowett was saying post match, sometimes you might have an opinion on a player, but when you get to work with them you perhaps see different things (or words to that effect) - I as a fan on the Internet can spew bile about Terry, but he was core to a Chelsey team that was very very effective and has been at the top of the English game for a long time. Doesn't mean he'll be a good coach, but I doubt he's learned nothing along the way.
