LesterRam
it would also be nice if the ticket issued wouldn't have another person sitting in it, it's not hard to work out !!

There was nearly a riot trying to get a replacement ticket that day. Just sat down when the whistle blew for kick off genuinely never knew that....just thought it was coaches that were delayed. That is a ticketing / barrier issue as opposed to an issue that supports need for an actual ticket office. I once was refused entry at derby for a game where loads of tickets did not work. Club took umbrage when I asked foe a refund and opposition had scored, game was five minutes old and there was still a queue outside ticket office for a replacement. it is baffling and annoying how electronic tickets don't always work. As happened to me once, selling a seat three times is not good, nor safe regarding too many people being admitted to certain parts of a ground.
