Indeed. I have had a read in Muslim countries (usually a copy in a hotel room)...I have no time for that dangerous nonsense whatsoever. Nor really debating it anymore. There seems to be an automatic allocation into1of 3 groups when commenting on these topics; muslims, apologists and racists. As I fit into none, let the world get on with it.
