Mel is a bit of a genius TBH and we are so lucky to have him as our leader.  He is innovative and forward thinking as you'd expect given his business success.  He is at the helm of creating a culture of excellence that people love to follow.  He is also a man who will do what he says he will do.  In return he expects others to do the same.  He is also accessible and will spend time explaining his plans to Sam Rush right down to the man on the street.  He has no airs and graces and is clear in what he wants and expects.
