Breaking your back and then riding at Cheltenham 8 weeks later either takes courage, or a mad death wish. Mind most jockeys are like that. An incredible sportsmen.... The order, bar MJ, is pretty interchangeable. Best athlete and best sportsman are very different things. You might hate basketball and thus not really consider them in a greatest sportsmen list, but I'm not sure how anyone can argue with their athleticism.
